Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the j3l Platform. Creating, maintaining, or operating more than one account — whether directly or through proxies, family members, or third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by j3l. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
j3l is required by its PAGCOR license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit the following documents at registration or prior to any withdrawal:
All j3l accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted or maintained in player accounts. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred through their chosen payment provider.

j3l accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP per transaction. j3l does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside j3l's control.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your j3l wallet instantly upon successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to the relevant bank's processing schedule. j3l is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
By depositing funds on j3l, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source, that you are the lawful owner of the funds, and that your use of those funds for gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. j3l may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML/CTF compliance obligations.
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment account, j3l will investigate and credit the amount to your j3l wallet or arrange a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Do not attempt duplicate transactions; contact support immediately if a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes.
Players may request withdrawal of available (non-bonus) funds from their j3l wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. j3l reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for subsequent withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding defined thresholds, as part of ongoing AML/CTF compliance.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests are typically processed within approximately 5 to 30 minutes of approval, subject to j3l's verification checks. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule and may take 1–3 business days. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts under review.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. j3l reserves the right to require that a minimum deposit amount has been wagered before permitting a withdrawal in order to prevent money laundering through the Platform.
j3l reserves the right to delay or withhold the processing of a withdrawal if: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is an active investigation into the account for potential fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violation; (c) j3l has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crime; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by or against the account.
j3l periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to these Terms and to specific promotion terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
j3l employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; wagering at low risk to meet requirements (e.g., betting both sides of an outcome); collusion with other players to exploit offers; and any wagering strategy identified by j3l as designed to extract bonus value rather than for genuine gaming purposes. j3l reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, and to suspend accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
All casino games offered on j3l that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. RTP percentages for slot and RNG games are determined by the software provider and are published within each game's information panel. j3l does not alter or modify RTP settings below the certified minimum values established by the game provider and approved by PAGCOR.
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction in any game — whether caused by the game software, live streaming equipment, or j3l's platform infrastructure — j3l reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagered amounts to player accounts. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not payable. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is the governing principle for all disputed game outcomes.

j3l reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, j3l reserves the right to forfeit all account balances including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities.

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, and Philippine law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
j3l reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — j3l will provide reasonable notice through the Platform interface, email notification to the registered account email, or both.
Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice, or if no date is specified, immediately upon publication on j3l.asia. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
